Current status

Rowix LLC (operating the ZoPay platform) is a company registered in Georgia. ZoPay is in pre-launch development.

Rowix LLC is not currently licensed by, or registered with, the National Bank of Georgia and does not currently provide regulated payment services.

Sandbox demonstrations use test data only and do not involve real funds, real customer payments or settlement of real value to merchants.

What this means in practice

• No live payment processing is offered or performed today.
• Demonstrations, test API keys and integration support are provided for evaluation purposes only.
• Commercial terms shared during onboarding are preliminary and conditional on launch.
